Anna Romanova

Anna Romanova began her dance training at the ballet school in her home town of Novosibirsk, Siberia, and graduated from the Moscow College of Arts at the age of 17. She completed her training in two years at the École-Atelier Rudra Béjart Lausanne. In 2011, she joined Theater Kiel for four years, then Landestheater Innsbruck for three years, and finally the Lyon Opera Ballet in 2018. She has performed iconic roles such as the Marquise de Merteuil and Lady Macbeth, and has traversed a rich repertoire, dancing works by Ohad Naharin, Natalia Horecna, Yaroslav Ivanenko, Georg Reischl, Russel Maliphant and Uwe Scholz, among others.
