A bar for every show at the Lyon Opera House
If you are coming to see an opera or a ballet, why not pay a visit to the Grand Foyer (located on the same level as the stalls)? The bar opens an hour before the start of the show and during the interval.
If you’re attending an Opera Underground event, you could try the Amphi (on floor -2) before and during the concert. The bar also offers some traditional seasonal food options from local producers.
Lyon’s most popular rooftop bar, Les Muses, on the seventh floor of the opera house, offers an incomparable view of the Fourvière hill and the city rooftops.
Open Wednesday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until midnight.
Access by lift from the ground floor of the opera house, Place de la Comédie.
Everything you need to know about the opera you are either going to see or have just seen: the story, biographies, full libretto, expert commentary, interviews and photos. Programmes are on sale at the opera house for 8€ or in advance by post for 11€.
