The Venice of the Ospedali and churches holds no more secrets for either Marie-Nicole Lemieux or Stefano Montanari. Vivaldi trained there, lived and taught there, before going to Vienna. We are thus being invited by these two accomplices on a journey along canals, marked by memories of the baroque splendour of the Serenissima. The virtuosity of Italian voices and the brio of the instrumentalists confront each other here, the better to join up once more.
