OPERA “BOUFFE”: EATING OUT AT THE OPERA
Before nourishing your soul, and even during the interval, there is always time at the opera for a little culinary treat. And a good one, too. There is a broad choice with no fewer than four restaurants, with just as many menus, providing a simple but high-level service.

At noon : at Les Muses from noon to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Reservation possible as of 11am for lunch on 04 72 00 45 58. Salads, garnished bread rolls and a daily special without forgetting homemade desserts.

A panoramic bar open all summer from Monday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 23.30pm! Access via the lift from the Peristyle of the Opéra de Lyon, Place de la Comédie.

Dining during the interval
Getting peckish between two acts can happen. Luckily enough, dining during the interval, in just 35 minutes, is quite possible.
A cold gourmet platter, a glass of wine and a dessert. For 24 euros Reservation up to the day before the show online, by telephone on 33 (0)4 69 85 54 54 or at the ticket office (Tuesday/Saturday, noon/7pm). Or at the bar of the Amphi on arriving.

Given that an opera makes anyone thirsty, and not just the singers, each opera hall has a bar: the Amphi (on level -2) and the Grand Foyer (on the parterre level of the Grande Salle), open an hour before each performance and during the interval. On the menu: snacking thanks to local and craft products, bringing together seasonal produce and the home-produced.
